INGREDIENTS

  • KRONOS Gyros Slices OR KronoBROIL® Gyros Slices
  • Jumbo Shrimp
  • Old Bay Seasoning

Greek Yogurt Cocktail Sauce

  • 1 Cup KRONOS Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbls Horseradish

PREPARATION

Peel and rinse shrimp.  Lightly rub Old Bay Seasoning on Shrimp.  Wrap one KRONOS Gyros slice around shrimp and hold together by inserting skewer. Bake (350°F), Broil or Grill until inside of shrimp reaches 145°F.  Serve with KRONOS Greek Yogurt Cocktail Sauce.
