- 2.5 oz KronoBROIL® Plus Gyros Slices
- 1 Hot Dog, Grilled
- 1 Hot Dog Bun
- 1 Dill Pickle Spear
- 3 Tomato Slices (1/2 moons)
- 1 tbl Diced White Onions
- 2 tsp Tzatziki Mustard (*sub-recipe)
- ¾ cup Tzatziki Sauce
- ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
Mix tzatziki and mustard until well blended.
Toast hot dog bun and place grilled hot dog inside the bun. Top with heated gyros slices. On one side of the bun place pickle spear and on the other side place the tomato slices. Sprinkle with white onions and drizzle with tzatziki mustard.
